Step 1 | Tell Us About You

Step 2 | About Your Cargo

Enter a description of your cargo. This should be a general name that would refer to the whole lot ie. "Frozen Chicken", "Assorted Merchandise", "Steel Coil", "Paper Rolls", etc.
How much of the cargo is remaining.
Tell us the date the damage occurred.
What was the value of the cargo before any damage occurred.
What party rejected the cargo.
What is the current location of the cargo.
Is there a person that we may contact at the current location.
Please describe the circumstances surrounding the loss.
Have any sale restrictions been placed on the cargo.
Are there any circumstances thay may delay the release of the cargo.

Step 3 | Salvage Return

Indicate how you would like us to proceed with salvaging the cargo.
Enter a claim number or any reference that you would like to use when contacting you about this claim.
Who will the proceeds be payable to when the sale is complete.
The address that the salvage proceeds should be mailed to.
Under some circumstances, ASL can pay charges on your behalf in order to expidite the salvage of the cargo. The charges paid by ASL will then be deducted from the return to you.
